-A child who can see 20/20 can still have a vision problem. Seeing clearly is just one of 17 visual skills critical to academic success.

– 1 in 4 children have an undiagnosed vision problem that can interfere with learning.

Here is a list of some of the more common symptoms

-Doesn’t like to read                                  -Headaches

-Skips or rereads lines                             -Loss of place when reading

-Trouble seeing the board                      – Gets tired when reading

-Difficulty remembering what has been read

-Difficulty paying attention, ADD/ADHD

-Number/letter reversals such as “b” and “d”
